How do you teach an autistic child to blow his nose, & cough stuff out?

any ideas on how to start a support group

also he is not in school due to the fact that another student punched my son i the stomach his freh yr that why or howcome he started hurting himself in the mornings to avoid school . he is never going back to school

have son17yr/ autism emtion up an down , stating to phsically hurt himself any suggestions
